What versions of Vtiger are supported by your extensions?
Our extensions are fully compatible with All Vtiger versions 7.* and 8.*, specifically Vtiger 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, as well as Vtiger 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. Additionally, we will provide free updates for any future releases of Vtiger 8, should they be necessary.
What are the technical requirements for installing the extension?
We strictly follow the 100% Vtiger CRM coding standards when developing our extension. Therefore, no additional technical requirements are necessary beyond your existing Vtiger CRM installation environment.
Is it necessary to install IonCube or any other Decoder program on the server to utilize the extension?
We don’t use any encoding techniques; instead, we prefer to obfuscate our code to protect our intellectual property.
Can I test the extension before making a purchase?
We have uploaded comprehensive extension details, including a detailed working video, live demos, and related articles. You can experience the functionality of the extension on the Demo CRM, which has been specifically set up for this extension. Additionally, you can find extension videos and related articles on the product detail page. We encourage you to review all the information thoroughly and proceed with your purchase once you have verified the product details. At this time, we do not offer a free trial for our extensions.
How can I purchase your products?
You can easily make your purchase right from the product listing or detail pages. Just a heads up, you'll need to enter your email, name, and billing address before moving on to the payment process, which is securely handled through trusted gateways like PayPal or Stripe.
After making a purchase, how can I get the extension?
After finalizing your checkout process, you will receive an email at the address you provided. This email will include a link to download the module zip file, a video demonstrating the extension, relevant documentation, and your invoice. You can easily download the module zip file using the link included in the email.
How to Install the Extension After Purchase?
After downloading the module zip file from the link provided in the email, navigate to CRM Settings → Module Manager. Click on the "Import module from zip file" button located at the top right corner, and then proceed with the installation. Were you able to access our CRM data after the extension was installed?
We CAN'T access or view your CRM data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy documents. Our data collection is limited to the following information, which is strictly used for license validation purposes:

Are there any additional charges that have not been mentioned?
No, there are no extra charges; the amount listed already includes tax.
Could the installation of the extension potentially affect the functionality or code of the existing CRM?
We adhere strictly to Vtiger CRM coding standards during our extension development. You can be confident that installing this extension will not disrupt the existing code or functionality of your CRM system. Additionally, you have the flexibility to deactivate or uninstall the extension without any complications affecting your CRM installation. For your convenience, we provide detailed articles that guide you through the process of uninstalling or deactivating the extension.
In certain instances, specific modules require updates to certain lines of code within the core files. When this is necessary, detailed technical information will be provided in the technical information tab of the product detail page. We will ensure that a backup of the existing core file is created prior to any updates. This backup will be restored upon module deactivation or uninstallation.
Can I transfer my license from one CRM to another?
You can test the extension in your development or staging environment before installing it on your live CRM, provided you adhere to the following conditions:

If we are unable to comprehend the problem from the materials provided, we may require administrative access to your CRM and FTP to further investigate and debug the issue.
